Casa Botte introduces a philosophy of introspective luxury to the Pedasi countryside. Structured in a precise U-shape, the residence turns inward to make a central courtyard and swimming pool the geometric anchor of daily life. The layout cleanly divides the home into two dedicated lateral wings connected by a high-volume social core. One wing handles professional and service requirements, including a private office and mudroom, while the opposite side serves as a quiet space for the bedrooms. Casa Botte is an exercise in pure minimalism and material honesty, where the modular steel structures, clean concrete surfaces, and industrial glass are left entirely exposed. This strict engineering grid allowed for extreme procurement efficiency and minimized waste while ensuring high structural durability in the coastal climate.
