CASA SZUCHMAN

Casa Szuchman is a residential triplet in Playa Venao designed to coexist with a natural creek. We developed a repeatable architectural DNA that adapts to three different lot shapes without losing its unique character. The design uses traditional clay roofs and textured stucco paired with industrial accents to create a look that is both timeless and current. It is an ode to local craftsmanship through a contemporary lens.

The layout offers total flexibility through an attached rental unit with its own autonomy. This space can function as an independent apartment for guests or be integrated into the main house. Inside, a double-height living area and a suspended catwalk foster visual interaction throughout the home. Every primary room is oriented toward the lush vegetation and the serene sound of the creek.
